How do you remove and install a front fender on 1997 through 2001 Toyota Avalon?

Raise the vehicle, secure it on jackstands, and remove the front wheel. Remove the front parking/turn signal light, unscrew and remove the inner fender well and mud shield. Open the front door, take out the upper and lower fender-to-body bolts, and then remove the remaining fender mounting bolts. With an assistant's help, lift off the fender to avoid damaging other body panels. For installation, reverse the process and ensure the fender aligns with the hood and door edge before fully tightening the fasteners.
