How to remove and install the lower steering column cover on Toyota Corolla?

Take out the lower column cover screws, and identify that there are three screws for the lower cover, two of them are inserted horizontally and one of them vertically. It will be necessary to turn the steering wheel to get to some of the forward-facing screws which are horizontally mounted. Pull the two halves of the cover apart, along with the steering column if necessary, and unplug any wires or the covers. Installation, therefore, works in a manner that is the opposite of the removal process.
