How to remove and refit an oxygen sensor in a Toyota Echo?

The oxygen sensors in a car are fragile and can be easily damaged. To remove the sensor, jack up the front of the car and support it on axle stands. Trace the wiring back to the connector and disconnect it. Unscrew and remove the sensor using an open-ended spanner or oxygen sensor socket.
