How to remove and install the steering column cover on Toyota Land Cruiser?

Remove the steering wheel, then take out the screws from the steering column cover. Separate the cover halves and detach them from the steering column, noting that the screws are accessible from the bottom of the lower cover. Installation is the reverse of the removal process.
