How to remove and install the instrument panel on Toyota T100?

Disconnect the negative battery cable, ensuring that on models with an anti-theft audio system, the lockout feature is turned off beforehand. Disable the airbag system, then remove the steering wheel and the steering column covers along with all dashboard trim panels. Take out the heater and air conditioning controls, followed by the instrument cluster and radio. Unplug all electrical connectors, marking them for correct identification during reassembly. For T100 models, remove register No. 1, duct heater-to-register No. 1, duct heater-to-register No. 2, the glove compartment door reinforcement, and braces No. 1 and No. 2. Detach the instrument panel bolts and clips, remove the reinforcement fasteners, and then take out the instrument panel. For Tacoma and 4Runner models, remove the No. 1 and No. 4 heater-to-register ducts, open the access cover in the glove compartment, and unplug the passenger side airbag connector if equipped, along with removing the glove compartment reinforcement bolts. On Tacoma models, detach two bolts and two nuts, while on 4Runner models, remove a single nut and two bolts to take out the instrument panel. Installation follows the reverse order of removal.
