Use a breaker bar and socket to remove the oil cooler mounting bolt. Installation is the reverse of removal. Be sure to use a new gasket under the relief valve and a new O-ring between the oil cooler and the engine block. If equipped, make sure the alignment tab engages with the projection on the engine block. Tighten the relief valve to the torque.
