Toyota Tundra EGR Valve

The EGR Valve in Toyota Tundra is one of the most important mechanisms that directly regulates the exhaust recycling process in the car's combustion chamber thus minimizing emission. The EGR Valve consequently reduces the amount of oxygen and introduces inert gases that aid in the reduction of combustion heat and limit high temperature that is common with Nitrogen oxide (NOx) production. This process is crucial for the vehicle to continue emitting within legal stipulated limits. In the course of the years, the injection system of Tundra models has developed from simple orifice jets to operate other types of valves that depend on certain situations like that of the coolant temperature and manifold vacuum. Modern EGR systems may also include backpressure transducers to be able to control flow with reference to engine load. Even though EGR is efficient in cutting the efficiency bang and emissions, it tends to block carbon deposits, making the need for EGR maintenance.
