Loosen the right-front wheel lug nuts, then raise the vehicle and support it securely on jack stands. Remove the right front wheel, lower engine cover(s), fender inner liner, drive belt, upper engine covers, air cleaner and inlet assembly, and front bumper assembly. Drain the engine coolant and remove the coolant expansion tank mounting fasteners. Set the tank to the side and remove the radiator. Detach the electrical connectors from the alternator, remove the alternator mounting bolts and harness clamps, and remove the alternator from the mounting bracket.
