To remove a door latch, raise the window, remove the door trim panel and water shield. Through the access hole, disengage the rods and unsnap the plastic clips. Disconnect electrical connectors for power locks. Remove screws securing the latch and remove the latch assembly. For outside handle and lock cylinder removal, disengage the clips securing the lock-to-latch rod, remove the bolts holding the assembly, and remove the handle and lock cylinder. The lock cylinder can be separated from the handle by removing a clip or unbolting the connector. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Working through the access hole, disengage the plastic clips that secure the outside door lock-to-latch rod. From inside the door opening, detach the actuating rod. Note: The handle can be unbolted and pulled toward the outside of the door to make disconnecting the lock rod easier.
