To remove the clutch slave cylinder, start by disconnecting the negative battery cable and raising the vehicle on the jack stands. Unscrew the threaded fitting from the slave cylinder to disconnect the hydraulic line, using a flare-nut wrench if available. Be prepared for fluid spillage and have a small can and rags ready. Remove the mounting bolts and separate the slave cylinder from the transaxle. To install the slave cylinder, connect the hydraulic line and ensure the pushrod is properly seated in the release fork pocket. Tighten the bolts and hydraulic line fitting securely. Fill the clutch master cylinder with brake fluid and bleed the system. Lower the vehicle and reconnect the negative battery cable. For the removal of the accumulator, disconnect the negative battery cable and raise the vehicle on jack stands. Remove the cruise control actuator, battery, battery tray, and starter. Unscrew the hydraulic line fittings and remove the mounting bolts from the accumulator bracket. To install the accumulator, connect the hydraulic lines and tighten the mounting bolts. Finally, tighten the hydraulic line fittings securely.

Install the release cylinder on the clutch housing, ensuring that the pushrod is seated in the release fork pocket.
