Raise the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands before removing the front wheel. Next, detach the headlight housing and remove the inner fenderwell screws and clips, followed by the inner fenderwell liner. Open the front door to access and remove the upper fender-to-body bolt along with the bolt inside the fenderwell. Under the headlight housing area, take out the two fender fasteners. Proceed to remove the cowl louver panel and the rubber hood sealing strip along the top of the fender, then take out the remaining fender mounting bolts. Carefully lift off the fender, ideally with assistance to prevent damage to surrounding body panels. For installation, reverse the removal steps and ensure proper alignment of the fender with the hood and front edge of the door before final tightening of the fender fasteners.

To disassemble the front fender, raise the vehicle, support it on jack stands, remove the front wheel, the headlight housing, inner fender well screws and clips, and then remove the inner fender well liner. You must also remove the lower rocker panel by removing the rubber plugs and loosening the lower fender-to-body bolt. Use a plastic trim tool to remove the front fender flare panel and loosen the lower fender bolt. After that, open the front door and remove the two fender-to-body bolts and the bolt inside the fender well. Remove the front bumper cover, the two fender fasteners under the headlight housing area, the cowl louver panel, and the rubber hood sealing strip, remove the two upper fender-to-body mounting bolts and the fender. Finally, carefully lift off the fender while ensuring an assistant supports it to prevent damage to surrounding panels. For installation, simply follow the reverse order of removal. Check the alignment of the fender to the hood and front edge of the door before tightening the fender fasteners.
