To remove and replace fuel injectors in all models, start by relieving fuel system pressure, detaching the battery cable, and removing the air intake duct. For different models, specific steps are required. For 1GR-FE models, remove upper intake manifold, windshield wiper motor linkage, and cowl panel. For 2UZ-FE models, remove throttle body cover, unscrew Fuel Pump Pulsator, and disconnect hoses and electrical connectors. For 1UR-FE, 3UR-FE, and 3UR-FBE models, remove engine cover, fuel rail insulators, and disconnect various fittings and hoses. Once the necessary components are removed, remove the fuel rail and injectors as a single assembly. Finally, replace O-rings and grommets, reinstall injectors and fuel rail, and reconnect electrical connectors.

You should disconnect the quick-connect fittings for fuel pipes, vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator, and electrical connectors from the fuel injectors.
