How do you disconnect and replace the clutch release cylinder on Toyota T100?

Disconnect the retainer clip from the clutch master cylinder pushrod to ensure that, if the clutch pedal is depressed, the clutch slave cylinder isn't damaged. Raise the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands. Disconnect the clutch fluid hydraulic line from the clutch slave cylinder using a flare-nut wrench to protect the tube nut, and have rags handy as some fluid will be lost during this process. Remove the two clutch slave cylinder mounting bolts to detach the clutch slave cylinder. After detaching the clutch slave cylinder, installation is the reverse of removal; ensure the pushrod dust boot is in good condition and the pushrod is seated correctly in its pocket in the release lever, then tighten the clutch slave cylinder mounting bolts. Fill the clutch fluid reservoir with the recommended fluid and bleed the clutch hydraulic system. Finally, remove the jackstands and lower the vehicle.
